Stuck on ‘Starting Soon’ Reauthenticate to Chess.com

What to do if your board is stuck on the "Starting Soon" screen for Chess.com

It you are waiting on the "Starting Soon" screen for several minutes and not getting a game, this could be because you need to reauthenticate your ChessUp 2 board with Chess.com.

🎥 Sign-in to your Chess.com account

You will then see a green dot next to the Wi-Fi symbol. The green dot means you are connected to the chess.com servers. After that, tap on Chess.com.

After tapping on Chess.com wait 3-5 seconds. You will then see a green pawn populate near the WiFi symbol. Once the green pawn shows up, you may now begin a match.
