Custom Time Formats

Learn how to create a custom time format for your game

When setting up a two player game there is an option to create a custom time format.

To use this feature, toggle the "Custom" switch on and the time option will appear. The number on the left selects the base time of the game in minutes. The number on the right is the increment in seconds.

You can choose to have the time formats be the same for each player or they can be different. Pressing the link icon button expands the options to have different time controls for black and white.

This is another great way to even a match between people with different skill levels.
